For all Staff

Is accountable for promises and commitments and always follows through.

Completes assigned tasks on time with appropriate supervision.

Admits mistakes and take timely corrective actions.

Is candid and direct; is honest and straightforward with each other.

Acts consistently with stated policies and procedures.

Always treats others with fairness, respect, and empathy.

Speaks up or rectify others who are not acting ethically.

For all Managers and above only

Models and inspires high levels of accountability.

Misses deadline; requires too much supervision or does not ask for guidance.

Is not straightforward, sometimes misleading others; does not consistently tell the truth.

Fails to follow stated policies and procedures.

Does not treat others with fairness, respect, and empathy.

Does not speak up or rectify others who are acting unethically.

Is not seen as trustworthy.

Engages in activities that put the company’s interests at risk.
