Employees Without Overtime
The employees who are not entitled to receive overtime and holiday working payment are managers and above.
Overtime and Holiday Working Approval
a) Employees must submit an “Overtime Requisition Form” to the concerned department manager for approval every time overtime needs to be worked. This duly signed “Overtime Requisition Form” will signify that the employees are willing to work overtime. This form must be submitted and approved before the overtime is worked.
b) On the 1st and 16th of each month, employees will complete an “Overtime Record” form, sign, have it approved by the department manager and then pass onto Administration Department for wage or salary calculation.
c) In general, the Company will consider the time recorded on the time card or the computer time machine as an evidence for calculating payment of wage, overtime pay and holiday work pay. However, this has to match the overtime hours approved by the manager on the “Overtime Record” Form. If there is discrepancy, the concerned department manager will decide.
