
GRIEVANCE
The Company is willing to consider employees’ opinion. Such opinion should be proposed to the supervisors or managers or the Administration Department who are pleased to listen and consider the recommendation with fairness.
When the employees have any problems concerning work or conditions of work, the employees are entitled to submit their opinion or complaint as follows:
a) The employee should put down their opinion or complaint in writing, specifying details of the matter together with their signature and send to the head of his work unit, or to the department manager, the Administration Department, or management in order to jointly solve or find an answer to the problems.
b) In case employees face difficulty and cannot proceed with the mentioned process because it may affect their performance or because of other essential reasons, the employees may submit their complaint directly to their department manager, the Administration Department, or the General Manager or the Managing Director.
c) In case the employees who submit the opinion or complaint are still not satisfied with the explanation or decision made by the department manager, they can appeal to the General Manager or the Managing Director directly. The appeal should be made in writing within 7 days from the date the explanation or decision has been given.
d) The management’s decision is final. All employees must obey and accept.
e) The Company will ensure that the employees who submit the opinion or complaint and who testify as a witness or co-operate on the investigation process will not be treated unfairly, transferred, or punished, except in the case that the complaint and witness is conducted with dishonesty, bias, falseness, accusation.
